Terms of Business

Our standard trading terms govern all transactions. Deviations may be agreed mutually between buyer and seller in writing.

Cleanness Requirements

Materials must exclude dirt, nonferrous metals, and all foreign substances. Excessive rust and corrosion are not acceptable. Negligible amounts may be permitted only when unavoidable during standard preparation procedures.

Off-Grade Material Policy

Small quantities of metallic material that exceed size limits or fail quality standards may be permitted, provided they result unavoidably from customary handling procedures and are agreed in advance between buyer and seller.

Residual Alloys Specifications

"Free of alloys" means the material contains only unintentional steel alloy residues not exceeding the following maximum percentages:
